(DBL) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Based out of Perinton, NY, DBL provides world-class flexible barrier packaging and barrier pouches for leading consumer and industrial organizations. With this acquisition, Extra Packaging creates more value for its customers by expanding its manufacturing capabilities, while streamlining the supply chain. DBL has a long history of creating value and reducing risk by providing customers with specialty, flexible barrier packaging solutions. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n With Extra\u2019s recent acquisition of Bag & Barrier Corp. in Toledo, IL, and now DBL\u2019s expertise, clients can expect even greater value in terms of support and service, with the added benefit of increased capabilities, expanded offerings, and access to the brightest minds in the industry. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Former owner, Debra Perry, is consulting with Extra Packaging, well into 2023, but after 50 years in the packaging business, she will be retiring. In the meantime, Debra will be physically located in the Perinton facility for the next 3 months, and will be available thereafter for another 3 months by telecommunication. Assisting Debra, will be Renny Nesbitt, who has transferred to Perinton from our Rochester, NY office. Renny has almost 15 years of expertise in the flexible packaging industry and will be assuming DBL\u2019s client base. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Extra Packaging LLC is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, and has warehouses in Boston, Miami, Indianapolis, El Paso, and Eagle Pass, Texas. Its manufacturing facility, EP Industrial LLC, is an SBA Certified Woman Owned business and an SBA Certified HubZone small business, also located in Eagle Pass Texas. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
